When does Impact Medical open in American Fork?

Where exactly is the clinic?
148 South 1100 East in American Fork, inside Vita Skin MD. Look for the Vita Skin MD entrance and Impact Medical is in the same building.
How much does membership cost?
DPC membership is $150 per month and is HSA and FSA eligible. Concierge membership pricing is shared during your consultation so we can match the right fit to what you need.
Can I keep my existing insurance?
Yes. A membership works alongside your existing insurance. Most members pair theirs with a high deductible plan that covers hospitalization, major procedures, specialist care, and emergencies. Your Impact membership handles primary care.
Do you see children?
Yes. Impact Medical sees patients of all ages, including newborns, infants, and children. If you are enrolling your family, a free consultation is the best place to start.
Is there any commitment to join the waitlist?
No. There is no payment and nothing to sign. You are reserving your place in line before we open.
